I must be more clear:
The name Starseed is applicable to any Is-Be who chose to experience an incarnation into another planetary matrix for personal reasons.
A starseed is called an "Envoy" when this decision is part of a common plan with a particular mission.
If you incarnated for this Great Awakening on Earth, you're an Envoy, you know you have a Mission to Awaken People.
You activated one day and have been passionate ever since.
That's an Envoy.
