The President of Congo offered to trade the Minerals
for U.S. PROTECTION.
E Africa has massive mineral wealth to help the world.

Whenever I hear about China and the CCP I admit, it's confusing.
Because Xi and Trump made an agreement during Trump's Capitulation Tour.
Yet, China is competing for rare earth minerals and there's so much more, including China's dastardly deeds.
Maybe it's the twisted plots of the movies?
Anyway, as much as I try, it's still not that clear to me.
