this is happening at my work, too. At our partner location, the owners wear their Trump hats into work when they visit (mind you we are in California!) and some employees are having a hard time, have gone to HR and are requesting change in shifts to our other location. I’m watching this play out to see how HR will handle first amendment rights. 🍿
