Trump mentioned this (or maybe signed an EO) at the end of his last term. By requiring a degree for most jobs they have a much better chance of brainwashing people into liberals.
An example is requiring a bachelors degree for the 3 letter agencies makes it likely that person will be liberal and hate America. If they recruit from the most liberal colleges they can almost guarantee that person is far left and will be happy to turn on the citizens and the constitution.
I pray this practice stops.
The same is true of teachers/lawyers and judges. A system designed to ruin America.
