STOP drinking cold drinks for one thing.
The Chinese (I go to an acupuncture specialist when I need) DO NOT drink cold drinks. They drink Hot Water and Hot Green Tea - always HOT or at least warm. Never cold.
1.4 billion people in China must know something.
It shocks your internal organs, probably causing them to malfunction. Especially iced drinks. Causes FAT retention, too.
Americans are brainwashed into drinking ice cold drinks all the time.
Go off them for awhile, drink warm or room temp water/teas (I don't drink sweets either) and then take one drink of an iced drink AND YOU WILL FEEL THE SHOCK TO YOUR SYSTEM.
When people have hypothermia, the body shuts down circulation to extremities to keep the core organs warm as long as possible to survive. That should be telling us our CORE should never be chilled, let alone get ICED.

I heard years ago that in traditional Chinese medicine (probably pre-communism) the doctor would only be paid for healthy outcomes. If the patient got sick, the doctor received no payment.
That’s a real Healthcare system!!

Unfortunately, that system only works in a culture/time that has gratitude, honor and integrity.
After learning of this system, I decided to work this way when I started out. In my desire to refrain from adding financial stress to an already stressful situation, I would only accept payment once the person was well. I would let them pay me what they felt that service was 'worth' to them.
I quickly learned>
In this culture, If the patient is well...there is no incentive for them to compensate the doctor...and they don't.
I also learned...
sick/diseased people are sick for a reason. There is sickness in their soul/spirit, not just their body. Both must be addressed. This is why many love the allopathic system of RXs. Most people just want their symptoms to be healed and will not look deeper..
Unfortunately, those folks need their sickness as a teacher and a guide to heal the deeper matters of the soul. They go hand in hand.

(Real) Doctors are teachers. That is what the word 'doctor' means. Someone can be a great teacher, but there are some students that refuse to learn.
