πŸ™β€οΈπŸ€—πŸ•ŠοΈYou're welcome. I get sinus headaches mostly, but some more severe at times. They've lessoned. But I use peppermint oil, Pink Himalayan salt, and drink peppermint tea a lot. I put the peppermint oil on my temples, wrists, nape of my neck, and behind my ears, and dap a little under my nose. It helps me a lot. It smells good and it works. Every now and then, I get a more severe headache and have to take something for it, but I try not to use any over the counter medicines anymore.πŸ™β€οΈπŸ€—πŸ•ŠοΈ

We put cayenne pepper in water and drink it. Depending on how much peppery feeling you tolerate, start with a small pinch 1/8 tsp and drink it down quickly. Sipping only prolongs peppery sensations. You can do this several tines daily.

I love hot food. bUt an avacado with cayenne pepper sprinkled on it and a little lemon juice is delicious and works well
