This rings true to me. I was way down in the rabbit holes when MH370 happened, so I knew it wasn't some "innocent plane crash" (if any of these even exist).
In fact, I recall wondering at the time why they would have allowed all those people to fly on one flight. At the time, it was already evident they WERE target-worthy. A sting makes sense.
