Fear of losing one's business & livelihood.
Fear of losing one's savings & retirement.
Fear of losing one's FREEDOM.

We know the IRS targeted Patriotic groups, raided people's homes & businesses, and put people in prison over "tax evasion".
The IRS was TERRORIZING the American People.
