I've been eating plenty of Chia Seeds. My new favorite is a breakfast called Tiramisu. It's really good. It has chia, yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon and 1/2 cup of cold coffee. I just make at night and refrigerate.

Sure. 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds. 3/4 cup yogurt, 2 Tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 cup cold coffee, stir well and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Refrigerate overnight.

I heard a long time ago that any type of sugar, including fruit shouldn’t be put in yogurt until you’re ready to eat it. It kills the good bacteria if it’s left in there.
