I've been eating plenty of Chia Seeds. My new favorite is a breakfast called Tiramisu. It's really good. It has chia, yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon and 1/2 cup of cold coffee. I just make at night and refrigerate.

Sure. 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds. 3/4 cup yogurt, 2 Tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 cup cold coffee, stir well and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Refrigerate overnight.
