this isnt a confirmation but the guy on tv in philadelphia who spoke for about a minute looked just like him. he was either police or fire.. he was with the mayor and the governor.. does anyone know if this is him. the reason i say this is because i noticed him looking a lot like mlk jr. and he does also.. was he ever arrested?? just asking for a coincidence in his face.. is all
