I don't think there is anything dark about Bill Cooper. I believe that he is part of Q-Team, a MEGA HERO and a major White Hat in the rescue & saving of all Humanity. That is my opinion.
I am also eternally grateful for all his efforts to educate and wake up America and Humanity to Truth.
Note: White Hats had to INFILTRATE the Enemy's organizations just as the Illuminati had done to all our institutions. This is very important to remember, because that's the only way organized criminal organizations of any kind are taken down. They have to be INFILTRATED.

One of the many fascinating things about this whole saga is, how did they communicate? Were they getting 'off planet' help throughout?

I think we have been getting "off planet" help continuously throughout the history of Humanity, which is probably why we are still here & it's all quite Biblical.
We couldn't have gotten out of this pickle entirely on our own, IMO. The Negative Enemy was too strong & their technology far too advanced, BUT we have outside help and have had outside help for a long, long time.
They have Demons and Devils,
but WE HAVE ANGELS,
and Angels carry bigger guns.
Angels & Archangels:
James Gilliland (ECETI), who is an ET contactee since a child, says that Gabriel & Michael are Andromedans. I think he has met them, and he remarks that they are about 12 feet tall with huge energetic Auras that look like wings. VERY POWERFUL. Gabriel has brought us (Humanity) some really important messages, right? Michael has been here fighting Satan for a long time, right? To protect us. To protect Humanity...from Satan & his serpent seed.
I think we've been in Heavenly contact since the beginning.
