This so big Folks got no idea.
EVERYTHING from the Ratification of the ACT OF 1871 (ratified unlawfully in 1878) until the Restoration of the Republic & anything done under USA INC. even thereafter is invalidated, all legislation included, because it was FRAUD. Also all "State" legislation done as incorporated subsidiaries of USA INC. under the BUCK ACT of 1940 was FRAUD. They are foreign-owned corporations operating unlawfully in America, posing as Government under Color of Law.
This has to be unwound carefully, however, which is why DEVOLUTION, so the fabric of American Society doesn't tear. Literally going back to the 1800's in terms of the scope of government, all under the Constitution. The Military has to handle this transition just as it is being handled.
