Butter brain Bidens pardons will not stand....
They will all go down.....Article II of the Constitution states “… he (the President) shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.” By our Constitution a person is presumed innocent until convicted, thus an action doesn’t become an offense until it has been adjudicated in a court; consequently President Biden can only issue pardons for offenses people have been convicted of or pled guilty to.

Biden cannot pardon non-crimes, presumed crimes, or imagined crimes. Nor can he pardon actions where guilt or harm has yet to be established in court. (Or he would be usurping the court's role of judgement.) Trump should disregard the fraudulent "pardons" and prosecute all crimes to the fullest extent of the law.
