I spent lots of time in Latin America (and many other economically poor nations) & was always was appalled at the level of abject poverty where Humanity existed at it's lowest common denominator. Before the Great Awakening, I chalked it up to scarcity & rampant corruption, but had no idea we were dealing with Monsters and a Global Mafia headquartered in DC-the Vatican-the City of London who created that scarcity & controlled virtually all Heads of State through Blackmail so they could rape the People & Resources of those Nations.
