I could be wrong, but QTSR's accent sounds to me to be Native American. Just a guess, but if true, that would also make him of the First American Tradition. He's also a fierce & uncompromising Warrior & Patriot in this Fight for Humanity's Freedom.

Further, QTSR is an incredible story teller, weaving everything together for us...reminds me of a spider building a web - a web of knowledge, events, insights - so that we can see how everything connects.

It's worth mentioning that the Oral Tradition is fundamental to Native American culture & tradition. It's how knowledge is passed on from Elders to younger generations.

Whatever his cultural background is, QTSR is telling us the amazing story of how Humanity is being Liberated like a concerned & caring Elder would do.
