If you go after an immigrant with a criminal record
& you find him at home. His wife is there.
She does not have a criminal record.
Does she get arrested too?

IS GRANDMA IN THE U.S. ILLEGALLY?
Then she’ll go before the immigration judge too.

IT’S NOT OK TO VIOLATE LAWS & CROSS THAT BORDER..
It’s at the discretion of each ICE agent
& yes, it gives him a lot of power.

You give an officer the ability to take a life IF HE HAS TO
we should give him the discretion on whether this arrest
serves the mission & serves the nation..
I think mass deportation
is more important to this country than anything.
I don’t put a price on Laken Riley’s life.

who have been raped & murdered.

To come in legally:
you have a medical exam, they pray and take blood, to check for TB and other infections disease.
you are vetted both fiscally and criminally - you must not be a burden, so, you must have a job, or be financially self supporting or you must have either a private or business sponsor.
You cannot be a criminal.
You pay $1000 for the process, that includes an interview with an agent.
Once granted resident status, every time you move you must inform immigration.
Every 10 years, you have to undergo a check, pay the fee, and go to an interview.
That fee went up from $600 to $1000 under Obummer, because the left wanted an excuse to say it was too expensive for their poor slaves to afford, an excuse to have them come in without the process... as a cover for their imported mercenary army.
Yet, coyotes charge much more to ferry folk over the border.
I know this because I came in legally, assimilated, and contributed.

One should try moving from the U.S. to Mexico, or another country. THEIR Immigration Laws are Far, Far, stricter than ours.
Friends who moved to Spain in 2016, just for starters, had to pay $16K each, just to have ALL of their documents translated. That was just the start. They HAD to purchase health insurance.
Immigrating from the U.S. to Mexico is not a whole lot easier. $1K is nothing.

The Obamma admin thought it would be enough to give them an excuse for unlimited entry for nothing.
I have only immigrated once... so, have no idea about any other countries entry rules or requirements.
I came over poor, my husband was a Senior Amn... $600 was A LOT of money in 1993...
