These scumbags have held our water hostage and helped perpetuate “draught” regulations and rules for a very long time.
Our lake levels are perpetually low, because they drain the water instead of collect the water for consumption. Add in their faux reasoning. “Save the Delta smelt.”
Over the summer months my water bill routinely pushes $1,000. Ridiculous.
