I've used pure gum spirits for years and always known about its medicinal properties. I've taken it internally and externally.

There has been a bad sinus virus going around that they call the 100-day cough or whooping cough. The whole family got it and I got it last.

Yesterday I felt like death walking, super tired couldn't focus, absolutely no energy with a cough that was just terrible.

You're welcome. I've tried making different alternative cures but none of them work. I went to the pharmacy and spoke to the pharmacist which showed me different over the counter decongestants for cough and cold but he said it will relieve the symptoms but they will not cure it.
After that I knew that pure gum spirits work great for killing parasites and viruses taken internally so I figured if it was a sinus infection that gets down into the lungs that I would simply put it on a cotton ball and inhale it to see what it would do and sure enough it works right away. Felt so much better, slept well and had tons of energy.
Just getting rid of the residual phlegm that was already in my lungs and sinuses but it's clearing out quickly.
I truly believe this should be a therapy to be used on all future sinus lung infections.
So simple and easy to do. I like doing this better than using menthol chest rub or putting it on your nostrils which doesn't really work.

Originally I seen a video on them using sugar cubes but I don't like the fact that you got to crunch the sugar cubes and keep the pure gum spirits in your mouth for any longer period of time than needed so I use coarse ground sugar mixed with the pure gum spirits and wash it down right away with water or juice.

One teaspoon of pure gum spirits mixed with one tablespoon of coarse ground sugar.

The parasites attack the sugar and die off immediately.
This is why so many studies link sugar and cancer and they stayed to stop taking sugar to starve the parasites but this is almost impossible to do so basically you're using the sugar as bait for them to attack it and die off kind of like using peanut butter in a rat trap, works amazing.

I met the man, gosh been so many years his name is skipping me...he had the wbsite phcurescancer.com, he used baking soda with I think it was maple syrup. Oh Yeah ! * Vernon Johnson !!, anyway he lived 1 hr north of me and my doctor and I went for a visit. "They" have taken down his website and hidden and debunked BS . He used Molasses and Baking Soda , he heated it on the stove to bind them together. He was an interesting man, has since passed, he was elderly but he did cure what they said he would die of, bone, prostate and ? cancer. Not only for parasites but fungus too, they go hand in hand.
