Be very careful. Know exactly which type of Turpentine you are using as they affect the body differently any where from skin and airways irritation to death. Personally I wouldn't inhale a known toxic substance for 5 minutes because I have a sinus infection but that's just me.

And yes you should always do a test on yourself perhaps on your arm or hand to see if it causes you to break out with a rash if not you should be okay. My wife is very sensitive to it but she can inhale it without it causing any problems

I discovered what is approved by Goverment is harmful repeatedly..
ie: With a TBI they put me on a med that was making me a zombie..intent to slow down brain waves...prayed and stopped it. Now off market many years later for causing Brain Atrophy.
Pulmonology prescribed inhaler I would take it...(He had a hissy fit! I still wouldn't use it!)
Inhaler was removed from market some years later for causing Lung damage.
I started believing if scare tactics are use by Gov. It is probably worth investigating as good.

You're welcome Casey, I'm glad to hear you unplugged from The matrix. It's so nice using alternative treatments that have no side effects they only care sickness and ailments. I would be lost now if I didn't have these alternative cures. So simple, cost next to nothing and cure us almost immediately

Been studying Natural Alternatives for some time ... since most of what has helped the Traumatic Brain Injury is Natural-God made. It has been a journey as I keep getting from The Lord "Get out of the Box!"
First time He put that on my mind was with a Turtle that didn't know it was a Turtle! It was crawling everywhere in my Honda Del Sol V Tech. It was in the road...so into my car...He sure wanted OUT OF THE BOX of my car interior!
Maybe 7 years ago...when I needed a reminder God brought another Turtle to my front walk way!
I find the hardest box issue is ..and I got this from The Lord too is ... Others want to keep me in the box! Even ones that agree "GET OUT!" and it is also about putting God in a box!
He gave me a song in the 80s about "conforming to fit right in that is where trouble begins.."
Journey is LISTENING... "Search out your faith with fear and trembling for it is God .." He's NOT the enemy!
