Walk outside weather you have fog or not state anything that is not created by our beloved Mother Earth /Gaia you are not welcome here nothing man made so if this fog, mist, or air is not from her and from love then it must go and not return and use your imagination to blow the fog away clearing and welcoming the sun and light from the galactic sun.
Speak that no chemicals or anything that has been sprayed by the dark agenda will not affect me or my family we are am protected and healthy and no illnesses will come our way.

The channeling I got was this was a attempt to cause harm on many and also block the solar flares energy from activating us but it won’t work.
To stay healthy because there is something there trying to unleash on humanity stay grounded, drink lots of pure water, natural supplements especially silver and magnesium and vitamin C and D and ask your higher self to lead you guide you and show you what to eat and take to keep healthy.
