Or if you don't want to use a pharmaceutical .. I use warm salt water w/ a dropper of iodine and colloidal silver added
I'll alternate gargling it w/ closing off one nostril and snorting the solution all the way up and through till it comes out the back of your mouth and then spit it out.
Repeat.
Some people struggle w/ the gag reflex but keep at it .. it's WELL worth the effort to master

I use the Himalayan ... but any kind will do for this purpose even old table salt.
