It just takes time! Learning the jargon, noticing comms and looking at the time stamp. I used to direct people to David Reinhart on facebook. He broke the comms down step by step. He taught me so much! I think his profile is still on favebook but i think he has stopped posting. 😢 I'd love to reconnect w/him, if anyone knows if he's posting somewhere. 😊
