fyi there is a difference between sciatica and sacroiliac pain.. fyi. docs use the sciatica diagnosis cause its scarier and it needs surgical intervention in a lot of cases.. due to a pinched nerve down the leg. it is severe and i mean 7/10 pain that no one just tolerates at home. sitting is worst position. standing is about the only one but of course for short periods. i saw one guy in an ortho office who was in such extreme pain. couldnt sit still. antsy and pain on his face and not one nurse from the office took him over everyone else reading a book quietly.. p'd me off. he was what sciatica represented.. what the low back pain is the sacral plexus opening up and letting go of all our anxieties to prepare us for the 5th dimension levels.. it is said the sacral plexus holds all traumas , even those before us, that we didnt know about. this is what the energy is doing.. walking and asking for taking away the pain helps. resting. dont challenge your back now.. hope this helps.
