This really bothers me. I was under sedation for a couple weeks with covid/pneumonia. On the day of my dismissal, the hospital had the audacity to ask me a series of questions about my stay and condition, before allowing my dismissal. One question was, am I vaccinated? Made me angry when they asked that. I tried to refuse, but the nurse insisted. So I told her I was not vaccinated. I did get my "full" medical report, but never saw on it anything regarding them vaccinating me.

I wonder if this has happened, and if it is even documented in the medical record. It is essential that every medication given be documented as to time, date,route, amount and response, signed and dated. Anyone who has had to be sedated for any reason should request their medical record. Also check medical bills/ payment records to view the medications charged to the account. 😇

I agree, but no one could give educated consent for the jab because they withheld all the relevant information about it. Ingredients, side effects etc… you need to have access to that to make a decision and give legal consent. So even if they signed the paperwork, it’s still not a legal consent

People need to stop going to doctors and hospitals. Period.
