Joseph, Daniel, The Three Wise Men (Magi) and the Hebrew Priests
Joseph was able to interpret dreams because he was a wizard and he interpreted the Pharaoh's dream. In Genesis, it speaks of Joseph also doing the sorcerer's arts of telling the future by interpreting the signs in a conjuring cup or conjuring bowl, (Genesis 44:5). (Genesis 44:4-6), (Genesis 44:15). This is Hydromancy and Lecanomancy, which is a form of witchcraft. Joseph also had a long-sleeved coat that was called, the coat of many colors, a gift from his father. This coat was his magic cloak that presented him as a diviner.
Daniel learned the language and literature of the Chaldeans, which included astrology, necromancy and sorcery.

Daniel interpreted dreams, starting with the one Nebuchadnezzar wouldn't describe. Daniel had earned the spot as one of the magicians, conjurers and sorcerers. Daniel's reward for actually giving the king his dream and its interpretation, Daniel was promoted, so among other duties, Daniel became chief of the magicians, (Daniel 4:9). Daniel was a diviner, he was one of the people who knew how to read the heavens. This is the power of divination, which is a form of witchcraft.
