Newton’s First Law of Motion: Inertia

An object at rest wants to stay at rest. An object in motion wants to stay in motion, unless acted on by an outside unbalanced force.

You’re at rest relative to the surface of the Earth, but you’re in motion relative to the Sun going more than 30km/s.

You are fulfilling both sides of Newton’s first law at the same time. Depends on your perspective — where the motion is observed from. Our solar system relative to the galactic center is rotating around the center at enormous speeds and everything in our solar system is doing the same motion at the same speeds.
