This man is a Godsend. RFK Jr is a fighter for truth and accountability. One of the best ways to stop these nefarious "vaccines," is to stop getting them. No injections= no money to big Pharma. Instead do those things that support your amazing God given immune system. Here are some suggestions:
1. Sunshine
2.Hydration with adequate amounts of filtered alkaline water
3. Spiritual care: pray, laugh, meditate, get outdoors in nature
4. Eat organic healthy foods and reduce or eliminate as many processed foods as possible, reduce seed oil use
5. Exercise, a brisk 30 min daily walk outside in fresh air.
6. Ground, walk barefoot for ten minutes a day or longer
7. Reduce device use, limit phone, TV, computer use especially prior to bedtime.
8. Get adequate sleep
9. NO fast food, soda. Reduce sugar
