The "BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO & FIREARMS" or BATF which, according to the perfect research of Bill Cooper...IS the same "agency" as the IRS, which we know WAS A PRIVATE TRUST FORMED IN PUERTO RICO!
"Walker seemed to branch the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), creating the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF), and then, with that statement, joined them back together into one. In the Federal Register, Volume 41, Number 180, of Wednesday,
September 15, 1976, we find: 'The term 'Director, Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Division' has been replaced by the term
'Internal Revenue Service'."
My only question is why aren't American Gun Shops suing the BATF for FRAUD?
