Sounds like project blue light is active try this simple recipe and use cooked pasta as a side with good olive oil and Johnny’s garlic. I’m surprised at how good it is and easy to make

chx breats here are $11 plus per two a pkg so not cheap but i have everything else but for two of us.. its great tx

I used one jumbo chix breast and cut it into 6 strips, it was good for a 13x9 baking glass pan, one jar of sauce was enough and a handful of spaghetti noodles. We’re only 2 people but there’s leftovers for a few lunches
