What concerns me is that the level of dumbing down of the understanding of our laws to the extent that this matter should have ever gone to court, that there should have been a "ruling", that it took over a year and that it was specific to the use of razor wire AT ALL!. This sets a larger precidence that FUNDAMENTAL Federal Constitutional and State Constitutional LAWS are marginalized and easily threatened and subverted by a host of challenges just waiting for any win from any currupt courts to establish some bogus case history for future attacks.
These judges and attorneys are sick and need to be excised like the cancer they are.
