I usually just ask if I can please remember my dreams. This usually does not happen or they dissipate quickly, so I am considering putting a notebook nearby for whatever I can recall quickly. The struggle is real.

Keep trying, it will come! you will remember!!!💛How about asking to remembering your dreams, but then being able to recall them to record them down? Try that right before sleep!

I do think it helps some already, because at one point I was not even sure if I was dreaming. Now it is just annoying that I fight with daylight and forgetting them fast. I might be allergic to this reality 😂😂😂
