#healthyyou I will say food is medicine. Sunshine is medicine. Nature is medicine. When you “detox” you don’t really have any problems. I use #cannibas daily and cbd or hemp oil and I use oils in my belly button aka #pechotimethod sometimes. The only “medicine” I take in pill form is 10 mg of melatonin at night. I used to take ambien and other crap but it is poison. Cannibas gummies, melatonin and castor oil in my belly button and I sleep 6-7+ hours straight right now…… (please don’t jinx self here self!)

The chemicals people eat, take, drink, wear, breathe on others, etc really affects people I believe. The longer you’re away from people, the more being around them in public is “noticeable” of smelling chemicals from others poison they wear and breathe all day. Love yourself.
