I would say those are the US Marshals arresting Hillary Clinton on 911 2016.....Also I believe she was DEAD before the November 8th 2016 Election....I don't think I am wrong....Those same US Marshals were at the GHWB Funeral & I believe a couple of them were at the Capitol arresting Nancy Pelosi & also at the Inauguration of Joe Biden-I mean Joe Biden's Funeral
