There was a cash bonus program at IRS, basically award-able for anything, according to Bill Cooper's research. 😡

Were CPAs & CPA Firms somehow exempted from paying Income Tax or were they otherwise compensated for remaining silent about the IRS being a Private Trust formed in Puerto Rico and A FRAUD?

Should be INVESTIGATED.
