ALIEN RELATED - TREASON - IMPEACHMENT

1907 Title 8, USC 1324(a) Offenses Title 8, USC § 1324(a) defines several distinct offenses related to aliens. Sub 1324(a)(1)(i)-(v) prohibits alien smuggling, domestic transportation of unauthorized aliens, concealing or harboring unauthorized aliens, encouraging or inducing unauthorized aliens to enter the US and engaging in a conspiracy or aiding and abetting any of the preceding acts. Subsection 1324(a)(2) prohibits bringing or attempting to bring unauthorized aliens to the US in any manner whatsoever even at a designated port of entry

18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason US Code
Whoever owing allegiance to US, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the US or elsewhere is guilty of treason

ArtII.S4.2 Offices Eligible for Impeachment Article II Section 4
All civil Officers of the US, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for and Conviction of Treason, Bribery or other high Crimes
