but gotta start somewhere.
Credit Card Companies moved operations to Delaware where they were granted immunity from USURY laws, but it still is all FRAUD, and "fraud vitiates everything".
Under normal circumstances even under Admiralty Law, someone charging "usury" rates on a loan would be committing criminal fraud, and therefore subject to prosecution and prison time if attempting to collect. ANYONE signing a promissory note at a usury rate DID NOT HAVE TO PAY THE LOAN BACK - and that is established case law even in those Crown BAR Courts.
DELAWARE was made into a convoluted safe haven for these predatory lenders...by who?
