I think the same people that were behind Biden, making him look like a demented jerk, already knew exactly who "Trump" would be "choosing".

Yep.
They're all like the fluctuating interest rate.
It stays High and Constant for Debt. but Erratic and flexible by the money changers when dealing w/ the Saving acct.
Can go from 4% interest to under 1% w/out explanation, reasonable reasoning except that they made it so.
What's ur interest rate there, similar to the US?
