When you think about it, those receiving a Death Sentence Conviction under the UCMJ would technically also be sentenced to Life In Prison Without Parole, even if that was just for a few days.

IMO: EVERYONE on the Planet is under a Military Jurisdiction and the TOP of all that Command is the US Military directing the Earth Alliance and Donald J. Trump is Commander In Chief of that Global Defense Military Operation - so everyone on the Planet IMO is subject to US COURTS-MARTIAL if they are in any way waging war or engaged in a military contest against the American Republic OR the Human Species anywhere on the Planet.
