I cannot get the video to load so I do not know what he is saying. At any rate, the media has reported on the previous claim about the Red Cross taking children. I looked at the map and there is a rock and roll dive bar located near the rescue ministries where families are being helped. It seems premature to jump to conclusions without knowing any further information about whether or not these children were at risk.
