It sounds like they are trying to collect biological material. The one woman was bringing in an condom without the client soliciting that and the aggressive interactions. What happens to the used condoms after? Are they swabbed? While the framing focuses on what may be the more prurient details, hopefully someone is looking at this from an espionage or genetic collection angle. Not sure how much pillowtalk goes on but that is another opportunity for data collection. These places may look seedy, but most of us have seen movies where there is the secret door at the arcade hiding some other operation. Or read a book about it. Be creative detectives.
