Well , they better get it in gear. Seventy-three days to Inauguration. U.S. Senate Republicans would simply throw out the anchor with procedural rules. Sotomajor would have to resign first. If Senate doesn’t confirm, and they won’t, leaves a SC vacancy for Trump to fill.
