Probably FEMA camps are going to have multiple uses when repurposed.
1) Detain & house Cabal low-level minions until Tribunals. Basically a ROACH MOTEL.
2) House illegal immigrants as they are processed to head back home, because they all need to be vetted first (we don't want Cabal & nasty criminals getting away anywhere - sent instead to secure prisons or GITMO. Thing is, Human Traffickers & Pedos, for example, likely won't need to be sent home, because they're maybe going to get the Death Sentence.
Then when NESARA-GESARA is announced those who came here for economic opportunity will likely be fighting each other for seats on the first transport to get home - to get access to their money.
3) Homeless. Getting them safe, warm and sheltered as Step#1 and maybe into Medbeds to treat any issues 'till they can buy their own home with their NESARA money.
4) Natural disaster housing until homes are rebuilt.
