i didnt participate in any of it.. never liked it even as a child. begging for candy? but i went with others and was in the back row. never said trick or treat. i couldnt trick and not really a candy person.. glad its over.. and i agree. when people find out the reality of rituals they will stop. (always will be some who wont cause they think its cute -sy

Me too! When I learned what was evident to me subconsciously about all that I ceased when my children were in grade school. Inhale four and my youngest is approaching 40. The history of the jack lantern is so vile my stomach turns.
