That's Great! When the 7 Chakras are aligned then the higher self can be found with these Chakras (attached). It's a wonderful experience. Small doses of course. You are an Eternal Light being whats the rush. Learn Chakra 8 the 'Seat of the Soul'. It connects you to the higher planes of existence.

What I don't seem to understand is that I have run across a person who claimed he was 12D and yet, he has 3D Root chakra habits. How does that even work?

OK. It's complicated. 12D is unlikely on this 3D realm. You have to have a crystalline body to achieve past the 6th as far as I am aware. I've been doing this for 30 years now and have only made the 4th in this 3D realm. When you connect to your higher self you must always ground to Gaia after your session. If not you risk the chance of being lost in the higher existence and will go mad trying to remain in 3D. If he was talking to you he's not in 12D! LOL
Grounding is critical to explore the higher mind. I do it before and after and always be thankful for the experience. You ground in Love vibrations and listen to a tone generator at 639hz to reconnect with nature and Gaia's gifts. Soon Gaia will become Tara (5D) and the vibrations will change and become higher. I could go on forever about this but I'll spare you the details.

TY, this is terrific! This is what I tried to explain to a mutual friend of his. Not 12D.
I explained it a little differently to him of course, but I knew the same that you have to Ground and that 6D is crystalline body, not 3D earth body. For lack of a better term. All LIGHT body!
Also, it is noteworthy to also point out another thing I knew was that in order to Ascend, one had to have a body.
I have had 5D Twin Flame Union in 2020 after having self union. However did not have 3D Union with the same individual, he claimed to be 12D.
When I had self Union, I spiraled up off the earth and my TF held on to my foot. When I had TF Union in 5D, I spiraled with the Twin Flame around the earth together. And our hearts combined as a Bright STAR as I looked down and witnessed. I also had a number of witnesses, like 26 of them or something (can't recall the exact amt). I remember not being happy about witnesses to such a beautiful event, but there were.
