Flu cases went from the millions to less than a three thousand. The suvival rate was the same as a "cold." If you get ill with an upper respiratory illnesses, just treat yourself as you always have. Rest, hydration, deep breathing, chicken soup, herbal tea with honey and lemon. 🙄
