After I saw this article I looked on Amazon to see if I could order it and actually I did. However, I got a stomachache after taking it for the first time. I stopped taking it after that, maybe it was just a coincidence, Idk.

Been doing the borax for about 6 months. I do it differently with what I found in a different video (Dr Barbra O;Neil ?) I have a flippy stomach too, so it works great for me. I take a glass pint jar, and put in 1 pinch borax, 1 pinch baking soda, and 1 pinch himilayan salt, shake. 1 drink 1/3 at a time throughout the day. The baking soda lowers the ph. My arthritis is the best it's been in years, and a plus is that my high blood pressure is under control also...down 30 points!!

Ok, my Borax are Pills....maybe I should put them in a glass of water, together with Baking Soda. I'll try. 🙏🤗🧚

Never tried the pills. Just a thought, maybe our bodies need to adjust to it. Not advising, but perhaps crushing a pill, and doing it by the pinch method (instead of the whole pill at once) might help. Seems to me it doesn't take/need much to work; I just know it's made a huge difference and works for me in the smaller amts. I use the regular box of borax (muleteam) Good luck to you, and have a great evening!!
