We had an OBGYN day,
every Wednesday.
The water was not fluorinated in Germany.
Pregnant woman were dispensed
prenatal vitamins, ferro sequels capsules and fluoride tablets.
I stopped using fluoride toothpaste
May of 2023.
Baking Soda and Hydrogen Peroxide
are a good combination.
