With immediate execution: no sitting in a "death row" prison cell for years and years with the taxpayer funded "luxuries" of prison life while lawyers, governors, families and bleeding heart liberals keep this criminal alive for decades. They eventually just die in prison. Death penalty is just something to fight about in court with years and years of evidence. Immediate execution.
