I soak my fruit & veg in Baking Soda for 20 minutes
even from the Farmer's market.
Don't take drugs, vitamins, aspirin—zero pills.
Who made em?
Don't eat or drink anything out of cans, boxes,
plastic bags, plastic cups, frozen foods —
anything 'someone' pre-made.
Happily there's a GREAT Ice Cream store
& Swiss Chocolatier in my area
that make EVERYTHING
